Please find below a schedule of how our training works. Our training program is 100% free to you subject to the terms below. Sometimes taking the first step is the hardest, but I think it will prove a wise step for you. Here is the outline of how our training plan works, briefly:

1. Our training is online at the Coldwell Banker Valley Central Licensing Training Center

2. Your ongoing training will be available to you 24/7 at mailto:david@gotracy.com?subject=Guest Pass to Coldwell Banker University (You must request a (30) day guest pass in order to access some of the tools at Coldwell Banker)

3. You may apply with us and complete your training with our help all along the way

4. You will pay approx. $270 fee via credit card (refundable - see below)

5. You will take your state test as soon as you are ready

6. After you pass the test, you will receive your license

7. You will start our training and mentoring program

8. You will need to pay an additional sum of about $750 for other license related costs payable to the State of California prior to issuance of your Real Estate License (Exam fee and license fee)

9. Upon the close of your first escrow, you will receive up to $1,000 reimbursement for the above

After you have completed your initial training and become licensed with the California Department of Real Estate we will start your on-the-job training with one-on-one workshops and assign a mentor to you for your first year in real estate. You will have a multitude of online training opportunities at many of our educational sites, such as www.ColdwellBanker.com , where you will log in and have at your fingertips all the tools you need to manage your customers and communicate effectively with them. Training for Customer Relationship Management and Internet Tools will give you the competitive edge you need in today's world of real estate.

We have the most generous and comprehensive commission plan in the business, and I would like to share that with you when you have time. Our commission plans offer you the potential to earn 100% plus 10% in our Master Agent Program.
